MIXED VEGETABLE SIDE DISH
Chopped capsicum 1 cup
chopped brinjal 1 cup
chopped carrot 1 cup
chopped mushroom 1 cup
chopped potato 1 cup
Boiled black eyed beam 1 cup
roasted peanuts handful
Red chilli powder 1 tbspn
Coriander powder 1 tbspn
Turmeric powder 1/4 tspn
Garam masala powder 1 tspn
Mustard 1 tspn
Oil 2 tbspn
Lime juice 1 tbspn
salt
1.Heat wok with oil, add mustard, add one by one vegetable ,stir well for 5 minutes.
2.Add chilli, coriander, turmeric , garam masala powder and salt. fry for 5 minutes.
3.Add 1 cup of boiling water .cook all vegetables in low flame.
4. At the end add cooked black eyed bean ,stir well and turn off.
5. Add lime juice, mix well and garnish with peanuts.
