RAVA LADDO



Rava Laddo

Semolina(fine) 2 cups
Castor sugar 1 cup
Ghee 1/2 cup
Warm milk 1/2 cup
Cardamom(optional) 1/4 tsp
Raisin 1 tbspn
Cashew nut 1 tbspn

1.Heat wok with ghee, fry raisin and cashew, keep aside fried nuts.
2.Fry semolina in that ghee for about 30 minutes in low flame till the raw smell goes
3.Add castor sugar and fry along with roasted semolina for about 10 minutes in low flame. Add roasted nuts.
4.Allow to cool forsometime. when you touch mixture it should be warm, sprinkle milk little by little and mix well with mixture and apply ghee in hand and make laddos.

Rava Laddo is made in various methods with coarse or bansi rava and sugar syrup with one string consistency. This method is done by my aunt. However laddo is a laddo
